In 1833 Alexei Maglev created the worlds first running course.
Since then It's stayed hidden and a secret, until during the construction of our new clinic, amongst the rubble we found the course plan and added some twists of our own.
We're now excited to release this to the sporting public, with an aim of those playing in ball sports (AFL, rugby & totem tennis to name a few)
This course will consist of a tuesday and thursday night every week for four weeks, starting on 22nd November
Location: Evolutio Sports Physio (Basement Gym) - Warehouse 11, 3 Bromham Place Richmond 3121
Time: Each Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 - 7:30pm
Cost: $125 for the course
Each Tuesday will be a strength & conditioning session run to improve the key major and accessory muscles with running. These sessions will be tough.
Each Thursday will be a running technique session to improve your running efficiency.
