Conscripted from rural Tasmania, Bayden is the fourth best item to be exported from the iconic state, following in no specific order, pinot noir, Sullivans cove whiskey and Simon Baker.

Built on the old fashioned principles of hard yakka and earning your dinner (we're not actually sure if he grew up on a farm) Bayden brings a wealth of experience as a Physio in strength and conditioning and high level rehab to the team at Evolutio.

To be honest, if it wasn't for the black cow steak bistro in Launceston, we might never have gone to Tasmania to recruit a team member. However after meeting Bayden and being told by authorities we had to have diversity amongst our team, we very quickly realised he was a constant over achiever and as rare as David Boon.

Doctor of Physiotherapy - Melbourne University

Bachelor of Exercise Science - University of Tasmania

Phill's last name translates to 'hero soup warrior, who cometh and salute the wild flower'. In the early 8th century, Phill ventured north with the other young warriors to complete his degree in the old Saxon land of East Anglia (Sydney) run at the time by King Baird the III, before he was dethroned for killing the greyhound industry. Anyway we lost track, Phill has been an integral part of the team for over 5 years now and is in charge of the clinic tunes.

He is also currently the Western Bulldogs AFL Womens Team Rehab Physio and is as important to them as Ellie Blackburn bursting through the middle giving don’t argues.

    Qualifications

Masters of Physiotherapy - University of Sydney

    Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology

    Sports Level 1

    Dry Needling Certified

As we write this Bio, we are currently in negotiations with Paramount studios about the construction of a follow-up to the movie Water for Elephants in 2011, with Robert Pattinson locked in to return.

However, in this sequel, Patto is fired for stealing too many Arnotts chocolate-coated scotch fingers from the morning tea room, and Maxine takes on the role of Physiotherapist for the travelling Circus. Here she shows her skills from the Bachelor of Circus Arts at NICA she is currently completing (Specialising in Cyr Wheel, Aerial Hoop and group Acro).

Maxine joins us with experience in basketball, soccer, gymnastics, swimming, water polo, netball, and any competitive sport. We’re actually too scared to compete with her, because even though some of us did play in the championship Year 9 C team for water polo at school, we’ve put on some kilos since then and we might drown.

We’re excited to have Maxine on board as a Physiotherapist with a huge amount of knowledge and passion in the Physio industry. She’s bungeed Nevis twice in Queenstown NZ, preparing her for joining us. She’s got an infectious personality and is always willing to learn and research new areas, so if you need a dedicated and damn talented Physio, Maxine is the one.

We met Mitch, or as we like to call him, ‘The Godfather’ at a party called Mitch-a-Palooza just a few months ago that Snoop Dogg played at, which was sponsored by our brother business Speaker city, after he moved into a house near Harrison University. I know what you’re thinking, don’t we have work to do? What you think we like going to parties, dancing and having fun? Trust me we don’t, we’d much rather be at home cooking Puttanesca for our partners but we’ve got to find the best physio’s somehow…

Anyway, a movie was made out of this story. Luke Wilson plays Mitch, Will Ferrell plays Phill and Vince Vaughan plays Bayden. Tell us the film and you win a lifetime of street cred from us.

Mitch grew up in Melbourne, and comes with a wealth of AFL knowledge after training with St Kilda over several years, he’ll be our lead physio at Melbourne High School Unicorns and is also the leader of our fraternity, which focuses on surfing, studying Egyptian history and riding horses. You can join our fraternity but only with the secret handshake and never call the Godfather the godfather in public. You can nod at him, but that’s it.

  • Olivia is a Latin name that means "olive tree." It was popularized in 17th-century England by William Shakespeare, who used the name for a character in his play Twelfth Night. The play – a romantic comedy – features a Countess Olivia who is talented, intelligent and who has a black belt in Taekwondo. Remind you of anyone?

That play was modelled from our Olivia. Alongside us, she currently works with the Geelong AFL side and is the Head of Rehab at Old Scotch Victorian Amateur Football Association club. Olivia trains in powerlifting, therefore she can bench press, squat and deadlift the ears off the rest of us. She loves utilising strength training and exercise with all ages and injuries in the gym.

She’d be perfect if you’re a powerlifter, if you have hip and knee issues from lifting, or if you need someone to give you a hug after watching the recent Dracula film with Nicholas Cage. She has an interest in Neurological conditions, and has worked heavily with spinal cord injuries.
