We have HICAPS so you can claim your rebate on the spot and only pay the gap. All major Australian funds accepted including Medibank, Bupa, HCF, NIB, Australian Unity and more. What you get back depends on your fund and level of extras cover, so ring them and ask what they pay on item 500 for an initial and 505 for a follow up.
Injured in a transport accident? We need your TAC claim number when booking. Gap fee applies: $55 initial, $38 follow-ups (TAC does not cover our full fee).
Work-related injuries covered through WorkSafe Victoria. You’ll need a case manager and claim number. Gap fees: $45.68 initial, $65.36 follow-ups (30 min).
We accept Enhanced Primary Care plans from your GP. We charge our standard rates — we’ll send you an invoice so you can claim back $61.80 per session from Medicare directly.
Gold Card members are bulk billed — no out-of-pocket cost. White Card members need a GP referral before attending. Questions? Email info@evolutio.com.au
We provide physiotherapy for NDIS participants with sessions up to 60 minutes. NDIS rate: $193.99 per session. Please contact us before booking to confirm your plan type.

Full Fee ScheduleYour initial consultation runs 45 minutes. We take our time to understand your full history, movement patterns, and goals before putting together a plan.
Where possible, we’ll provide a diagnosis on the day. You’ll leave knowing exactly what’s happened, why, and a clear roadmap to getting better.
Your Physiotherapist will email you within 48 hours with a written summary, exercises, video links, and your treatment plan.
You’ll see the same practitioner at every appointment. No handoffs, no repeating yourself. Continuity of care is fundamental to how we work.
For strength and return-to-sport goals, we use VALD force plates to give you objective data on your progress — not just a feeling that you’re getting better.
Our fully fitted gym means your rehab exercises happen here, guided by your Physiotherapist — not just a handout to do at home and hope for the best.
No. For most appointments you can book directly online. Exceptions include WorkSafe, TAC, and Medicare EPC plans — these require a referral or claim number first.
