Evolutio is a premium allied health facility located in Richmond, Melbourne. The space is designed to support independent practitioners who value a professional, well-equipped environment — without the cost, complexity, or distraction of running their own clinic.
Room Hire Fees
Two ways to hire. A regular weekly arrangement is rewarded with a discounted rate, locked in by your license agreement.
Book sessions as needed. No long-term commitment, no minimum hours. Ideal for testing the space or running occasional clinics.
Minimum six-month weekly arrangement. Confirmed in your license agreement. Best fit for practitioners building a consistent caseload from a stable base.
These rates reflect the premium end of Melbourne market pricing — appropriate for Richmond. At typical patient volumes, subcontractors can expect to generate approximately $200–$500 profit per half day after room fees.

Requirements
Standard conditions designed to keep the arrangement professional and legally clean for both sides.
All subcontractors enter into a written room license agreement — not a lease. The agreement specifies your scheduled hours, included and excluded items, cancellation notice requirements, and confirms your status as an independent contractor, not an employee of Evolutio.
You're required to hold your own professional indemnity and public liability insurance prior to commencing. You may not operate under Evolutio's insurance cover.
Current and valid AHPRA registration must be verified before your first session. Please have your registration details ready when you enquire.
Room fees are payable regardless of patient attendance. A minimum 48-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged. Any billing or claiming through DVA, WorkCover, or TAC is the sole responsibility of the subcontractor and must be conducted under your own provider number.
Room rental income is subject to GST. We recommend you account for this when planning your pricing structure. Please consult your accountant or financial adviser for advice specific to your situation.
