We’re in a three-level warehouse clinic in Bromham Place, just off Bridge Road in Richmond. Look for the Evolutio signage. Free street parking is available on Bromham Place and surrounding streets.
Public transport: Richmond Station is an 8-minute walk. Tram route 70 (stops on Bridge Road) is a 3-minute walk.

Driving Free parking on Bromham Place and Rowena Parade. Enter from Bridge Road heading east, turn left into Bromham Place.

Train Richmond Station (Burnley, Alamein, Glen Waverley, Lilydale lines). 8-minute walk east along Bridge Road, right into Bromham Place.

Tram Route 70 (stops 18 or 19 on Bridge Road). 3-minute walk south into Bromham Place.

Cycling Secure bike parking on site. We see a lot of cyclists so your bike is in good company.

Before you call
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can book directly without a GP referral for most appointments. You do need a referral or claim number for WorkSafe, TAC and Medicare EPC appointments.
How do I know which appointment type to book?
If it’s your first visit, book an Initial Assessment. If you’re not sure, call us on 03 9100 3798 and we’ll point you in the right direction.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible. Short-notice cancellations and no-shows may attract a fee. We understand things come up, so just let us know as soon as you can.
Can I request a specific physiotherapist?
Yes. You can select your preferred practitioner when booking online, or mention it when you call. We encourage continuity of care and will always try to match you with the same physio.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. Telehealth follow-ups are available for patients who can’t attend in person. Contact us to arrange. Initial assessments are in-person only.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available on Bromham Place and surrounding streets. Bike parking is available on site. We are an 8-minute walk from Richmond Station.
