Sports physio for Clifton Hill. Five minutes away.
We've been the go-to sports physio for Clifton Hill runners, cyclists and weekend warriors since 2013. Less clinical, more personal. 45-minute assessments and the same physio every visit.
Why Clifton Hill chooses us
Walk in and you'll notice it straight away. Smooth indie tunes, the smell of good coffee, a handmade timber table built from reclaimed wood. This isn't your typical sterile white-walled clinic with that antiseptic smell. It's a place designed for healing and human connection.
We've treated over 7,300 athletes from Clifton Hill, Collingwood, Abbotsford and beyond since 2013. Word spreads fast when you find somewhere special. Whether it's a cycling injury from the Capital City Trail, runner's knee from Edinburgh Gardens, or shoulder pain from weekend CrossFit, we get it. And we get you better.
We're registered with all major private health funds and accept WorkCover, TAC, DVA and NDIS. See our full pricing and insurance guide.

What we treat
Edinburgh Gardens, the Capital City Trail, weekend soccer, morning CrossFit. We know the injuries that come with that lifestyle because we treat them every day.
Runner's knee, IT band syndrome, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy. We use video gait analysis to find exactly what's causing your pain, not just where it hurts.
Running injury guideClifton Hill sits right on the Capital City Trail. We work with Ciclo Melbourne on complex bike fit cases, because sometimes the problem isn't just in your body.
Saturday soccer, Sunday tennis, morning parkrun. We understand the weekend warrior mentality because half our team lives it. The goal is keeping you active while you heal.
Our team trains. They understand CrossFit movements, Olympic lifting loads, and what it means to tell someone they can't train for eight weeks. We don't do that unless we absolutely have to.
Post-surgical ACL rehab done properly takes 10 to 12 months. We use VALD objective strength testing at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months to track your progress with real data.
Long days at a desk followed by intensive training is a pattern we see constantly with Clifton Hill professionals. We address how sitting affects your whole body, not just where it hurts.
The space
We built this space deliberately. The Twisted? mural on the wall. The plants. The handmade timber table we built from reclaimed wood. The indie playlist and the smell of good coffee. None of it is decoration. It's a statement about what kind of place this is.
We've found that people heal faster in spaces where they feel at ease. That's not soft. It's clinical. And it's why our clinic is designed the way it is.
About EvolutioWho you'll see
No passing you between practitioners. The physio who does your initial assessment is the one who sees you through recovery. Choose who you'd like to work with and book directly.
Nine years experience. Joined from Tasmania in 2016. Exceptionally good at complex injuries, running, chronic foot pain, knee pain and biomechanics issues related to orthotics. Think of him as the person you call when nobody else has worked it out.
Book with BaydenKelsi brings warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity about what's behind an injury rather than just what it is. Particularly good with runners, shoulder injuries and patients who've had mixed results elsewhere.
