Kelsi Parker - Musculoskeletal and Exercise Physiotherapist

Kelsi is an incredibly passionate, gentle and warm physiotherapist. Holding a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, Kelsi combines rigorous clinical training, a deep interest in researching your injuries and body with a genuine love of sport and movement.

Kelsi specialises in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, working with athletes and active individuals across acute injury, return-to-sport, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Whether you're a weekend warrior, a competitive athlete, or simply trying to get back to the activities you love, Kelsi brings energy, expertise, and genuine care to every session.

About Kelsi Parker

Originally from Canada, Kelsi's journey into physiotherapy was shaped by years working in elite sport and clinical rehabilitation. As an Athletic Trainer for UBC Varsity teams across softball, football, rugby, and field hockey, she developed a sharp eye for injury assessment and a deep respect for what it takes to perform at a high level. She was also recognised with the Bob Hindmarch Award for Leadership within Varsity Athletics — a nod to the qualities she brings to every team she's part of.

Before completing her physiotherapy degree, Kelsi worked as a Certified Kinesiologist in Vancouver, building a strong foundation in movement science, functional assessment, and exercise prescription. She also spent two years as a yoga group facilitator for the LoveYourBrain Foundation, working with people affected by traumatic brain injury — an experience that deepened her commitment to holistic, patient-centred care.

Since moving to Australia, Kelsi has hit the ground running. She provided on-field physiotherapy for the Sydney Convicts, Australia's first gay and inclusive rugby union club and has volunteered as a physiotherapist for Arc'teryx Ambassador Athletes at trail races including the Mount Buffalo 42km and 100km events. She also volunteers with Adaptive Climbing Victoria, supporting inclusive participation in sport.

Outside the clinic, Kelsi is most at home in the mountains or on a trail — which means she truly understands what it takes to push your body and get back out there after injury.
