better?
Seventy-five minutes with a senior physiotherapist who goes through your history, scans and treatment so far with fresh eyes, and tells you straight what they think is going on.
Evenings until 7:30pm Mon–Thu · Saturdays 8am–1pm
Is this for you?
You don’t need to be unhappy with your current care to book. Sometimes you just want a second opinion physiotherapist with time to look at the whole picture.
Getting a second opinion is a normal part of looking after your health. Victoria’s Better Health Channel explains your rights, including asking for your records and scans to be passed on.
Same pain, same sessions, same exercises, and no real progress.
You want to understand all your options before you decide either way. For ACL injuries, our ACL recovery guide is a good place to start reading.
You’d like someone to explain what the report actually means for you.
You want one clear explanation you can make sense of.
Nothing’s wrong with your current care. You’d simply like a second set of eyes.
How it works
Book online below. Bring or email any scans, reports, surgical notes and the exercises you’ve been given to info@evolutio.com.au. No scans? That’s fine too.
We go through how it started, what’s been tried and what has and hasn’t helped, then do a full hands-on assessment. We explain what we think is going on and the realistic options, surgical or not.
What we found and what we’d recommend, in writing, to take to your GP, surgeon or current physio.
It’s longer than our standard appointment for a reason: here’s why our appointments run long. There’s no obligation to move your care to us, and plenty of people take the summary back to their own physio. More on what to expect when you visit.

If what we find needs a medical opinion, we’ll say so and point you to the right GP, sports doctor or specialist. You can see how our patients tend to progress on our clinical outcomes page.

$300 for 75 minutes with a senior physio. You pay an $85 deposit when you book and $215 on the day. If your extras cover includes physio, you can claim on the spot with HICAPS.
A standard initial assessment is 45 minutes. A second opinion is 75 minutes with a senior physio, which leaves time to go through your history, scans and previous treatment properly before the hands-on assessment.
Any scans and reports, surgical notes, letters from your GP or specialist, and the exercises you’ve been given. Comfortable clothes that let us see the area. If you can’t get copies, bring the name of the imaging provider.
No. A second opinion doesn’t commit you to anything. Plenty of people take the written summary back to their own physio.
Only if you want us to. The written summary is yours to share with whoever you like.
Yes. Many problems don’t need imaging. If we think a scan would actually change your plan, we’ll tell you.
