Our services

We provide physiotherapy, exercise physiology, remedial massage, and related sports medicine services, delivered by AHPRA-registered and appropriately qualified practitioners. Services and pricing are set out on our Prices page and may change from time to time.

Bookings, cancellations, and fees

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email. Fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements have been agreed (for example, direct billing with WorkSafe, TAC, or DVA). Our cancellation and late-notice policy is set out in full on our Cancellation Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

Health fund rebates, Medicare, and third-party funding

We're registered with major private health funds (via HICAPS), Medicare (eligible EPC referrals), DVA, WorkSafe Victoria, TAC, and the NDIS. Rebate amounts and eligibility are determined by your fund or funding body, not by us. Please check your cover, referral validity, session limits, or plan budget before your appointment. Any gap or shortfall is payable by you.

Medical disclaimer

Our services are provided for general treatment, rehabilitation, and performance purposes based on clinical assessment. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. While our practitioners apply their professional judgment and skill, we don't guarantee specific results, recovery timeframes, or outcomes. Please disclose your full relevant medical history, as incomplete information may affect the safety or suitability of treatment.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health and history
• Follow the reasonable clinical advice and home exercise programs provided
• Treat our staff and other clients respectfully. We may refuse service in cases of abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour
• Arrive appropriately dressed for assessment or treatment of the relevant body area

Your rights as a client

You're free to seek a second opinion from another practitioner at any time, and to stop treatment or decline any part of a proposed treatment plan whenever you choose, without needing to give a reason. You're entitled to be involved in decisions about your own care and to have your treatment options explained to you. Seeking a second opinion or stopping treatment doesn't affect your ability to book with us again in future.

Website use and online shop

Use our website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only, and don't interfere with its operation or security. Purchases from our online shop are subject to the product, pricing, and delivery/returns details shown at checkout. We aim for accuracy but aren't liable for minor listing errors, which we'll correct once aware.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Evolutio and protected by copyright and other IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolutio and its practitioners exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website. Nothing here excludes any consumer guarantee that can't lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

Privacy, changes, and governing law

Our handling of your personal and health information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services or website after changes are posted means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
